                                                                 50 Point Checklist...

 Santos Cleaning Checklist was made with you and your home in mind. If trere are certain areas that you want us to focus on just let us know and we'll work through all the areas of your home according to your request. We provide daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly services to our clients to ensure that any cleaning needs are met. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning call us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will re-clean the area(s) that you are dissatisfied with.

  Bathrooms

  01. Sink thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed.

02. Tub and/or shower tiles thoroughly cleaned,disinfected and rinsed.

03. Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined.

04. Toilets disinfected inside and out,including base and behind.

05.Vanity top cleaned(more time may be required if items aren't removed from area).

06.Towels changed ( if specified).

08. Windowsills wiped down.

09. Trash emptied.

10. Baseboard dusted or wiped.

11. Vaccum and/ or wash floor.

12. Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, frames and switch plates.

Kitchen

 13. Counter tops and back splash cleaned (once all items removed and replaced).

14. Cabinet fronts washed or dusted.

15. Sinks scrubbed and washed.

16. Floor vacuumed and/ or washed.

17.  Exterior of appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top) cleaned.

18. Small appliances wiped.

19. Windosills cleaned.

20. Baseboards dusted or wiped.

21. Fingerprints removed from woodwork, door frames and switch plates.

22. Trash emptied.

23. Dishes Washed.

24. Wiped down or tables and chairs.

Bedrooms 

25. Carpets vacummed.

26. Beds made.

27. Linens changed.

28. All areas dusted - on top, on front and underneath.

29. Picture frames dusted.

30. Mirror cleaned.

31.Windowsills cleaned.

32. Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door and switch plates.

33.Vacuum under bed (if accessible).

34. Trash emptied.

35. Baseboard dusted or wiped.

36. Lamp shades wiped down or dusted.

37. Lights, general straightening completed.

Others Living Areas, including Hallways and Stairs:

38. All areas dusted - on top, on front and underneath.

39. Upholstered furniture vacuumed.

40. Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened.

41. Hardword or tile floors damp-mopped. 

42. Carpeted floors vaccumed.

43. Baseboards dusted and cobwebs removed.

44. Windowsills wiped down.

45. Fingerprints wiped from all woodwork,door frames and switch plates.

46. Glass tables cleaned.

47. Picture frames dusted.

48. Lamp shades wiped down or dusted.

49. Ligth,general straightening completed.

50. Blinds dusted or wipeds down(upon request).
